Saturday mornings 9 am till 10.30 am (7 - 13 yrs)
Saturday mornings 10.30 am till 12.00 noon (Over 13 yrs)
Wednesday evenings 6.30 pm till 8 pm (7 - 13 yrs)
Wednesday evenings 8 pm till 9.30 pm (Over 13 yrs)

At Five Rivers Leisure Centre:

Monday evenings 6 pm till 7.30 pm (7 - 13 yrs)
Monday evenings 7.30 pm till 9 pm (Over 13 yrs)
